What happens when I place an order?
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation with your order number. After an order is placed, your order will go through quality control and be packaged up to ship out to you via the shipping method chosen at checkout within 1-3 business days. We understand the importance of quick and efficient delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking number when it leaves our warehouse.
What if I am unhappy with my order?
If you’re unhappy with your order because the item is defective or quality isn’t what you expected, contact our order support team and we will find a suitable resolution. Your experience with Beyond The Grave means everything to us and we will do our best to work with you on any issue. We must be notified of all issues within 48 hours upon delivery. If returning, customer must pay for shipping and ship within 48 hours of confirmation of our company being first notified of the issue. Item must be sent back in the same condition as pictures sent to the company. If you choose to keep the item but are still unhappy, a partial refund will also be given up to 20% depending if the item has suffered damages through transit.)
